Do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome at Beauty Nails Spa. We do recommend calling ahead at (217) 398-1898 to book your preferred time and technician, especially on weekends when we are busiest.
How long does a gel manicure last?
A gel manicure from our team typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks with that fresh, glossy finish before you are ready for a fill or change. Longevity depends a little on your nail growth and daily routine.
How do you keep your tools clean?
Your health comes first. Tools are 100% sterilized between every client, and we use single-use disposable items wherever possible so each guest starts with a fresh, hygienic setup.
What is the difference between gel and dip powder?
Gel is brushed on and cured under a UV or LED lamp for a glossy, flexible finish. Dip powder bonds a colored powder to the nail for a durable, lightweight feel without a lamp. Both last about 2 to 3 weeks, so it comes down to the look and feel you prefer.
Do you offer custom nail art?
Yes. From a single accent nail to full custom sets, our artists love bringing your ideas to life. Bring a photo or describe what you have in mind and we will design it with you.
How much is a full set of acrylic nails?
A full set of regular acrylic starts at $40, and a full set in gel or shellac starts at $50. Final pricing depends on length, shape and any custom art you add.
