Signature Soak
Your chosen treatment begins with its signature soak: the Volcano Spa uses a fizzing volcanic mineral blend that warms the water and creates a gentle effervescent action against the skin, the Organic Detox uses a cool botanical soak with certified organic extracts, and the Luxury soak is a richly scented blend formulated for deep softening. Each is prepared fresh at your arrival.

Nail Trim, Shape, and Buff
Every nail is carefully trimmed, filed to your preferred shape, and buffed to a smooth surface. Your technician takes the extra time here to address any uneven edges, ridges, or nail concerns before the rest of the service.

Cuticle Treatment
After the soak has fully softened the surrounding tissue, cuticles are gently pushed back, excess skin is tidied, and the nail margin is cleaned using fully sterilized tools. The result is a precise, healthy-looking finish at the base of each nail.

Callus Reduction and Exfoliation
This step is more intensive than in our spa tier. A professional-grade file or exfoliation paddle is used on the heel and any other areas of built-up skin, followed by a granular scrub across the entire foot. Most guests describe this as the single most satisfying part of the appointment.

Masque or Wrap
A treatment masque is applied and the feet are wrapped while it absorbs. The Volcano Spa uses a mineral mud masque, the Organic Detox uses a certified organic clay and herb formula, and the Luxury service uses a collagen-peptide masque designed to visibly plump and firm the skin. Warm towels complete the step.

Extended Massage and Polish
The massage at this tier is the longest we offer, covering the toe joints, arch, heel, ankle, calf, and in some treatments, the lower knee. Hot stones may be incorporated in the Luxury service for deeper muscle relief. Your appointment closes with a full polish application in your chosen color.
Longevity and aftercareSkin conditioning and callus reduction results last two to four weeks with consistent daily moisturizing; traditional polish lasts 7 to 10 days, gel upgrade 2 to 3 weeks
- Moisturize generously that evening, the masque step leaves the skin primed to absorb
- Avoid tight shoes for the remainder of the day so freshly treated skin and polish are not compressed
- Continue applying a rich heel balm nightly to extend the callus-reduction results
- Book your next deluxe appointment three to four weeks out before you leave so the benefits stay continuous
